Directions:
We are located in On Telegraph Ave., one block South of Ashby and 2 blocks West of Alta Bates Medical Center.  Our office is located at the lower floor and has an independent entrance on Telegraph Ave., at the opposite end of the building from the main entrance (pharmacy).

The best access to our location is from highway 24:

 

  • Going East on HWY24: take the MARTIN LUTHER KING JR WAY exit onto 52ND ST toward 51ST STREET - go 0.9 miles. Turn on TELEGRAPH AVE - go 1.2 mi
  • Going West on HWY 24: Take the CA-13 NORTH exit onto TUNNEL RD toward BERKELEY - go 1.4 mi 5. Continue on ASHBY AVE - go 0.9 mi, Turn on TELEGRAPH AVE - go 0.1 mi

When you Arrive at 3031 TELEGRAPH AVE.  Turn right into the parking lot and park.  Our office is suit #100.  It has an independent entrance on Telegraph Ave. 

Parking:
There is free parking in the back of the building from 7:30pm to 7:30am.  If you arrive late, the door may be locked.  You can use the bell at the door for alerting our staff upon your arrival.
