We are on the second floor of "Los Gatos Surgical Center" , suite number 203. The building is located on the intersection of National Avenue and Carlton Ave.  The best access to our location is:

From Highway 17:

Exit Lark Avenue, Left on Lark Ave.
Left on Los Gatos Blvd.
Take a right at the first traffic light to Samaritan Dr.
Take an immediate right on National Ave.
We are about .25miles on your right hand side on the corner of Carlton Ave.

From Highway 85:

Exit Los Gatos Blvd. toward Samaritan Hospital (Right turn from 85 North, Left turn from 85 South)  stay on left lane
Left at the light on Samaritan Drive
Take an immediate right on National Ave.
We are about .25miles on your right hand side on the corner of Carlton Ave.
Parking:
There is free parking under the building.  If you arrive late, the front door may be locked.  Please ring the bell at the door for alerting our staff upon your arrival.
